In 2013 Perfect Sense worked with Coca-Cola to activate Journey, the company's corporate website, in international markets. Over the course of 12 months, the team delivered sites in eight different markets and seven new languages, including a dual Arabic/French language site for Morocco. The international platform provides the world's largest beverage company with a dynamic and powerful tool for communication with its customers, employees, and fans around the world.
Teams in Germany, Japan, Morocco, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, and most recently, Pakistan, share a custom-built global content repository, allowing Journey editors around the globe to easily share, discover, and translate international stories for their local audience. The sites use a common code base, giving all international markets the benefit of improvements to the platform and facilitating collaboration on new features. Each market activation was completed within 3-4 months by a team of two developers.
