Company Paid Holidays - 2020

Paid Vacation Leave

Starting with 2 weeks per year (80 hours)
After your 2nd anniversary – 3 weeks (120 hours)
After your 5th anniversary – 4 weeks (160 hours)

3-week paid Sabbatical after 5th anniversary
4-week paid Sabbatical after 10th anniversary

Paid Sick Leave

5 days annually (40 hours)

We cover 85% of employee premiums, saving families over $1600 and individuals over $500 monthly. Employees have 3 United Healthcare plan options to choose from.

We offer a 4% match to your 401(k) with immediate 100% vesting to help you prepare for retirement.

Continuing Education

Employees can utilize a $4,000 annual stipend to cover the cost of continuing education after their 1 year anniversary.
