Brightspot was founded with giving back to the community at its core. Through ongoing, concrete actions, our purpose is to get our employees off the sidelines to join hand-in-hand in bringing joy to the lives of others, while gaining a greater understanding of our community.

Through 29 projects over 12 months, Brightspot impacted more than 5,735 lives and provided employees with over 550 opportunities to give back.
Over 12 months and 30 projects, Brightspot facilitated more than 500 opportunities for its employees to give back, resulting in over 2,000 volunteer hours in 2023.
After being on hiatus due to the pandemic, the Brightspot Unified Challenge made its much awaited return in conjunction with the Wells Fargo Championship Pro-Am.
In June, a group of Brightspot employees traveled to Orlando to help facilitate over 1,000 award ceremonies to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of athletes from across the United States and Caribbean at the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games.
From July 18-20, 2022, golfers from around the world gathered at Pinehurst, North Carolina, to compete in the inaugural U.S. Adaptive Open. Over the three-day tournament, male and female golfers with differing abilities showcased their remarkable talents and perseverance.
